With today's technology and social media, online coaching is a great way of reaching individuals who are unable to see a trainer on a 1-1 basis, but still require high levels of expertise with training and nutrition.

Online coaching provides every client with the knowledge and understanding they need in order to get results anywhere in the world. Each client will be given full tailored training and nutritional programming, macro nutrient breakdowns with detailed meal and food examples, supplementation protocols, email support and continues tracking and updates of results and changes for the period of the online coaching.

Fitness Consultation

The fitness consultation focuses on a variety of methods in order to determine your ability and to what level you are able to perform. Areas we observe are:

 

Goal settings

People underestimate how important this is. From the get go you must have a goal in mind and from that we can set a realistic time frame in which it is achievable to obtain the results you are looking for. Once we asses your training history, level of ability, motivation and reasoning for transforming your physique and lifestyle, we can create a plan going forward that will help you reach you goal in the most efficient way.

 

Lifestyle

There is no 'one plan fits all' approach and In order to create something tailored towards you we must first look at your lifestyle outside the gym. Everything from sleep, hobbies, relationships and attitude towards life are all taken into account, every individual is different so it's important we take this into account when creating a tailored plan for you.

 

Strength Testing

This is primarily designed for clients who are at more advanced level, however beginners can also benefit from strength testing during the consultation. This is relevant for individuals who are looking to increase muscle mass, improve lifting techniques and gain strength. Here we look at the essential compound movements that from part of a strength and muscle building programme, this allow us to assess your capability and calculate the relevant load for your programme.

 

Static Screening

Static screening allows us to measure your body's changes, as a results this provides us with quantitive data so we are able to manipulate your training, nutrition and supplementation protocols in order for continued results to happen. 

 

Nutrition Consultation

Here we delve into exactly what a sustainable nutrition protocol looks like, one which is easy to follow and is not designed to be boring and restrictive.

Forget what you heard. Chicken, rice and broccoli is not the way forward, if your food is bland and boring you will not stick with the plan! During this consultation we make sure you leave having learnt what foods you should be including, how to make the best of what you have when on the run or holiday, and how to spice up your food and become adventurous whilst still remaining healthy.
