This is relevant for individuals who are looking to increase muscle mass, improve lifting techniques and gain strength. Here we look at the essential compound movements that from part of a strength and muscle building programme, this allow us to assess your capability and calculate the relevant load for your programme.
Static screening allows us to measure your body's changes, as a results this provides us with quantitive data so we are able to manipulate your training, nutrition and supplementation protocols in order for continued results to happen.
